Postage

• We aim to post out sold items as soon as possible using standard postage unless otherwise stated. For handmade items, we aim to despatch within 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise stated and the size of the order.

Returns Policy

• We have a goodwill returns policy which entitles you to a full refund or exchange for an item bought online within 14 days of purchase, as long as you return the item unused and in the same condition the item was sent to you.
  
• For faulty items received,  please return as soon as possible and we will refund postage cost.

Dimensions 

All handmade items are indivually made. Therefore, all dimensions are approximate.
